      Good Project Managers; interesting studies

      Cons

      Great acting skills required - success is determined by the part you play; huge gossip culture; team unprofessionally managed; unfair environment; substantial favouritism; management does not look after their employees, they are happy to see people leave and replace them with fresh employees, even if sites complain about the huge staff turnover; criticism of anything (even as a joke) is not recommended.

      Nice colleagues who sometimes leave overnight Good benefits

      Cons

      Low salaries No career path People not promoted based on performance but according to how much upper management likes them Management is HORRIBLE: company does not care about their employees, tries to hide things from them (people naturally find out), covers up for very incompetent middle managers (when everybody knows about them) HR is terrible-no confidentiality kept Racist environment for well-qualified foreigners

      Great Colleagues, Sinking Ship

      Pros

      Salary is good. If you perform well against your objectives you can expect regular pay increases. Also the company consistently pays its staff bonuses. The people genuinely care about customers. There is also a good level of collaboration across departments and countries. All in all, a great bunch of co-workers.

      Cons

      Cuts. Redundancies for 2 years straight. Many good, experienced and loyal people lost their jobs for no fault of their own. Latest cuts impact on the ability to deliver for clients to the standards previously achieved. No company strategy. Nobody knows where the ship is going, let alone how it’s going to get there.
