      The work environment is friendly and helpful. All the employees are very experienced and more than happy to answer questions and offer help when asked!

      Pros

      People are nice to work together, and work time is flexible. Fast-speed work environment, and could learn a lot in a short time period.

      Cons

      Demanding clients are usually there that should be dealt with. It's a super overwhelming work setting.

      Pros

      If you are eager and sharp, you can take on a lot of responsibility quickly. Colleagues are top-notch, and the industry is an interesting one. Nice to know that the work you do can literally help save lives. Great flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      Most positions do not cater to people who want or need 9 - 5 jobs, and you have to be willing to be flxible in the face of change because there is a lot of that.
