      Wfh daytime hours m-f. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Watch out for terrible managers on a power trip. Worked under 4 different managers with rave reviews. Switched to another project and within 4 Months was fired because they needed to prove themselves as new managers so they micro managed. Lied to about policies I knew were in place since I started 3 years ago. Lied to new hires about company policies because they wanted things ran their way. Got a higher paying job and have never looked back

      The salary and benefits were great.

      Cons

      Horrible communication. Little understanding about what a realistic workload should be - especially when it’s teams of 1 or 2, they have no experience with what one person can get done with next to no support. I was encouraged to move my time off requests for business needs on more than one occasion because of the pressure. Little to no recognition. Everyone is very cliquey. Not a friendly atmosphere.

      The autonomy and flexibility were great.

      Cons

      They laid off the entire Kansas City office and didn’t allow relocation or anyone to work remotely to maintain their jobs.
