Unstable - Not able to maintain accounts. UBC boasts their superior service, however cannot compete with the level of service and value of their competitors.

Worst place I’ve ever worked

Some good people work there

Cons

Terrible treatment of older employees. Terrible culture. Terrible leadership. No business strategy. Clients hate them. Ask for an example of how they train employees. Worst training you can imagine. They give you a pdf to read, then a quiz which would be impossible to pass, but the answers are verbatim from the PDF, so you keep it open on another screen while you take the quiz and search the pdf for the correct verbatim answers. Horrible place.
