Over the past year, we’ve implemented initiatives to strengthen transparency, improve strategic alignment, and foster a more inclusive leadership culture. This includes leadership development opportunities, regular town halls for open dialogue, and new feedback channels to ensure every voice is heard. Your input is invaluable in guiding these efforts, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

Pros

Some good people work there

Cons

Terrible treatment of older employees. Terrible culture. Terrible leadership. No business strategy. Clients hate them. Ask for an example of how they train employees. Worst training you can imagine. They give you a pdf to read, then a quiz which would be impossible to pass, but the answers are verbatim from the PDF, so you keep it open on another screen while you take the quiz and search the pdf for the correct verbatim answers. Horrible place.
