Insurance, 401K and PTO, and some good co workers.

Cons

The leadership team doesn't know what the word "lead" means. Can't trust anyone because leadership will use their "favorites" to get information they receive and harass and fire you. Working long hours, including massive overtime with no appreciation given.

Some Employees are nice to work with. Free bagel and pretzel day and other office fun. If that's important to you, then you will like UBC.

Cons

The REMS management staff is disconnected from their employees, and they do not foster employee growth. People leaders should consist of actual leaders and not PMs who were promoted into a leadership role.
