      Upper management is too busy to care and is a disorganized mess. Upper management has a ton of ideas, but there is little to no execution. 100% mess with no direction

      Nothing that makes it worthwhile

      Cons

      Horrible company that treats its original staff like gold and everyone else like a pariah. The favorites rule to roost, and I am surprised the place is still in business. Some people don’t work at all and no one bats an eye. Others are worked until they’re burnt out. Worst corporate culture I’ve ever experienced. The place is full of catty, awful people from the top down.
