      Not hard to move up, but hard to pay your bills

      Pros

      I liked most of my managers and coworkers. The work was easy. Remote positions are available.

      Cons

      Low pay. Regular mandatory overtime, due in part to high turnover and inability to keep employees. Inconsistent training meant that new employees didn't all learn the same important material, and there was a lot of confusion and debates about rules/SOPs. Computer systems would not function correctly consistently, so stakeholders were not able to get their questions answered in a timely manner during calls.
