      I have always worked with good people, across various projects and teams…

      Cons

      … But I can count on one hand how many qualified people I’ve seen promoted. Outside of promotions, raises are a pittance. I make little more than I did 5 years ago.

      The salary and benefits were great.

      Cons

      Horrible communication. Little understanding about what a realistic workload should be - especially when it’s teams of 1 or 2, they have no experience with what one person can get done with next to no support. I was encouraged to move my time off requests for business needs on more than one occasion because of the pressure. Little to no recognition. Everyone is very cliquey. Not a friendly atmosphere.
