      Pros

      Most all the employees were on the same page and agreed to many of the necessary changes needed in order for the department to properly flow.

      Cons

      Two many chiefs and not enough Indians. Leadership was constantly running things with their tails between the legs. Protocols changed more than necessary and training was an absolute bust!
