Pros

Remote (w/ very occasional office trainings), people tend to stay for years, good co-workers, M-F schedule and most holidays off, good trainers

Cons

Pay stuck at pre-pandemic levels, team dynamics vary widely by project, essentially no in-office options if 100% remote is not your preference, limited avenues for local advancement

Pros

Working from home not taking many calls.

Cons

Not a care in the world about bereavement. One day only to grieve, they half train as well and expect you to know your training right after. Supervisor started training with you so no one to ask a questions.
