      Thank you for the feedback! As programs change, UBC works hard to retain our employees by moving to another program. This avoid any reductions in workforce and helps retain our biggest asset, which is our employees.

      Minimal experience needed, entry level

      Cons

      Lack of Diversity, Unprofessional, Unexperienced managers, Managers only concerned about how they are compensated. Micro managing and no organization. This company is a joke, upper management uses favoritism to promote to mid management as the do to promote team leads. Unethical practices I would give negative stars if possible regarding Diversity Inclusion, and Culture and Values.
