      Positive and diverse work culture, room for career advancement, paid training, supportive management, flexible hours, and safe working conditions.

      Pros

      IT Team is fairly good at communicating internally. Employees have positive expectations of and relationship with IT Department.

      Cons

      IT Department is spread unevenly across multiple offices, making coordination more difficult than it could be. Not every office has IT staff on site.
