      Pros

      I have enjoyed the opportunity to learn about healthcare and the impact to patients even from an IT level of exposure. Great benefits and the company is really great with diversity. Work is valued and nice ability to work from home in current group. Many operations managers/program managers are great to work with. Management in current group is very supportive.

      Communication from management could be more frequent Training options could be better with regard to new softwares used in groups

      Not enough transparency between top management and on the ground troops. Overabundance of Project Managers. Low to no emphasis on training and career advancement
