Work from home allows for some flexibility, great salary, fairly structured with regard to what you need to do on the job.

Cons

Difficult if not impossible to get away from the home office Operating procedures in a constant state of change, in so much they were updated several times a week, so daunting to keep up with that.

Growing business, always seems to have work available. If a program ends, they are pretty good at transferring you to a different program.

Cons

No work/life balance. Empty promises when it comes to improvements.
