      Call center environment Lots of OT- $$$$ Reported to a great boss Benefits PTO and paid holidays off

      Cons

      Lots of OT ( sometimes you just want to enjoy time away from work) Having to "babysit" employees who didnt know how to be adults and work.

      Good pay and decent benefits.

      Cons

      I never thought a management team could be so out of touch. Their approach is strictly reactive, vs. proactive. They only reach out to you if they perceive that there's problem with your performance, which means any interaction you have with them is likely to be a negative one. Oh, and if you aren't working on Sunday you are accused of not giving it your all, despite putting 50+ hours in every week.

      The pay is good, benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Layoffs. The company is more focused on profit margins than on their people. Ever since we were bought out by a private equity firm management's decisions have been about reducing expenses to improve our margins. Layoffs happen, or they make changes to things like the PTO policy getting rid of any PTO carryover.
