      growing company and is a remote-first culture

      Cons

      they cannot stand out against competitors. their business is not 'better'. nobody can answer the question of what they offer that competitors cannot. they also have way too many meetings when emails can suffice- no time to get actual work done because you are always on meetings.

      Good benefits, decent pay, good work and life balance.

      Cons

      Teams vary I have been on a few and disliked some. Management isn't held as accountable as they should at times. Employees who consistently deliver bad results are still kept unless they do something terrible.
