Pros

- Fun co-workers - Casual Dress

Cons

- 60 + hour weeks - 1/3 of team is incompetent - If you do great work, you will be expected to do work for the incompetent people - Management Flip-Flops decisions on a weekly to daily basis - Management is too scared to stand up to incompetent people - Team is in a constant state of flux, if a major disaster were to ever happen, the team would fall apart - Management never sets goals for the future, but would rather always take the "band aid" approach instead of the preventive approach - New technologies, techniques and/or ideas are never accepted - Weekend work is always expected, and managers never say "Thank You" - Removal of all incentives that were given previously (Food, complements, and bonuses) To make a long story short, this place is like a sweat shop. While this might be great for money making short term, a company structure like this cannot function long term.

Pros

Flexible work hours when needed. Good work environment. Good co-workers.

Cons

Sometimes overtime is mandatory. Promotions are easier to get when not located in a satellite office. Balance between work and personal lives is sometimes blurred.
