United Dental Partners reviews

During my time at this company I was constantly short staffed with assistants and was given an excuse every time. At one point I was not able to get crowns back from the lab because the company was late on paying their lab bills. The company has gone too far corporate and the bottom line is their only concern. They show no effort in keeping their employees happy and will inevitably become a revolving door for dentists and all other positions. I was very unhappy working at this company and would strongly discourage anyone from working here. It is not a happy work environment and there is no opportunity for career growth.

PTO should be increased yearly.
