      Pros

      Flexible hours and competitive pay rates. Great teamwork among nursing staff. Knowledgeable Physicians who appreciate their staff. Raises are adequate when given. Each area I have oriented to has had a great orientation process.

      Cons

      Management. Poor relationships between units & departments. Location has become unsafe. Limited advancement opportunities. The company does not seem to pay much attention to the needs of the nursing units - many are outdated.
