Pros

UHS provides a vast array of knowledge and experience with fast pace traumas and intense situations. Being a trauma center in the area, you may experience some life changing experiences. But you will also learn and adapt quickly and become an excellent and well rounded phlebotomist. If you’re just starting out or already have years of experience, this hospital is well equipped to help you excel.

Cons

You are required for to do an on call schedule and work every third weekend. It is challenging to find days off due to the on call schedule being about 5 more additional days each month.
