      Pros

      Coworkers are nice for the most part, made a lot of friends. Pay is decent but not great.

      Cons

      The company will fire you for standing up for yourself. I was fired without any warning for standing up for myself because I wasn't going to be spoken to the way a manager spoke to me or treated me. After getting fired and going through their fair treatment policy, I learned that the manager that got me fired lied about stuff so I would suggest recording every conversation since NY is a one consent state. I was not given the opportunity to give my side of the story before I was fired and the reason they put was a plain lie. I was also put as non rehirable and everyone wanted to sweep it under the rug.

      Growing Company with a Steong Team

      Pros

      You don't see a lot of "weak links," or "drama," working at UHS. The company continues to set goals and achieve them while including the staff in that growth process. Everyone works well together including assistants, technicians and pharmacists which speaks volumes about the company's onboarding process. Job turn-over is minimal at all levels.

      Cons

      Communication from the top down regarding some topics can be a struggle at times. I would consider these examples to be minimal as leadership is exemplary.
