      If you live in the area and want to work in healthcare, this place exists

      Cons

      Company only cares about clinical staff. All admin and corporate employee's concerns or needs are brushed off. Lack of tools to be successful in job. Heavily tied to paper? It's the future. We can automate some stuff! Also pay is not competitive but that's what you get with non-profit healthcare!

      Everyone is extremely nice, supportive administration, family-friendly greater area, Epic EMR, great physicians to learn from, new main tower facility is really nice

      Cons

      Johnson City itself is rather run down; a lot of people experience seasonal affective disorder in this area
