Low pay, expensive health coverage. CEO is indecisive and hires incompetent consultants to tell him the obvious.

No pros what so ever

Cons

UHS is awful If your POC be prepared to not see many colleagues that look like you. The pay is awful below industry. They force you to pay holidays out your PTO balance. Bad management. They don’t celebrate diversity in the work place.
