Pay scale is good and overall Management is top notch.

Cons

Honestly can't think of any cons except for parking issues, but you will find that pretty much everywhere.

Much to be desired

Pros

Decent salary, lots of money spent on advertising (not sure that is a "Pro")

Cons

Non-clinical areas/roles take a back-burner view as opposed to clinical areas. IT resources are not up to par (technology and staff) compared to other industries, not enough senior management direction/backing on projects. No training / technical skills development for non-clinical staff. No pay-for-performance work strategies. Facilities are old/outdated.
