Well they didn’t really train until I begged for it and then the girl who was supposed to train me screamed that it wasn’t her job and that’s she wasn’t my keeper . She berated me like a child at the top of her lungs. They allowed her to bully me the entire time I was there because they were all chummy with each other and made me feel crazy because I was never tasked to do anything but told to still be productive. They laid me off shortly after I let them know I had to serve my country overseas . Pretty grimey way to treat anyone but especially a service member in my opinion.

You name it, demeaning management, bs safety program. They hire locals and let them sit in dozers and provide them w zero training, They are actually building highway expansion lanes over stumps! Supervisor said the inspectors were theirs, as in they own them… good combination for a billion dollar project funded with yes you guessed right, your tax dollars.
