Pros

You get to help people

Cons

The managers push you to sale to people who don't even need anymore insurance. Even to those who can't afford anymore insurance than what they have already. They also tell you your base rate will be $425 a week then commission. This isn't true. After training. Its all commission based.

Pros

Pay every week and work days are Monday through Friday

Cons

Poor management, poor training, no leads, low pay and difficult commission structure, wear and tear on your vehicle collecting premiums, no vehicle expense, and no direct deposit which is old school.
