      Relationships you build with your customer base Set your own schedule Having a dedicated debit group so you are not buying leads

      Cons

      Sales structure, lack of underwriting support overall disconnect between the agents in the field and the home office. You have to jump through hoops to get answers and long hold times when you call customer service.
