      Pros

      I have been with this company for 13 years and while it’s not perfect what company is? They care about their employees and the mean truly care about of well being. This month is mental health month and United lead out front by providing us resources, they allow us to serve our communities and the culture is like none I have ever been associated with!!

      Cons

      Work life balance continues to be a struggle long hours!! Not a ton of flexibility.!

      Pros

      The company is extremely stable, and if you tow the company line you'll have a job there forever.

      Cons

      Towing the company line. I was told to agree with senior management even if my years of business experience told me different action was necessary. Agility and innovation in management are not this company's strong points.
