      Pros

      Well firstly what about cold temperatures to combat horrible heat isn't a bad thing. Benefits are amazing! Executives really look out for their employees as does management.

      Cons

      The cold is also a con but other than that there isn't many cons. Another would be when the work comes it really comes but who doesn't like OT.
