Very little to no room for advancement. Extended periods of mandatory overtime. For example during my time of employment we worked 7 months of mandatory overtime. When supervisor are not on the floor they sit in the office and just watch the cameras. Employee's are assigned either dock 1 or 2. Dock 1 being refrigerated and dock 2 is freezer. Employees who are assigned dock 2 can be stuck in the freezer that is kept at negative 4 degrees with no difference of pay from people who are in the refrigerator. But the biggest on of all is FAVORITISM. If you're not a favorite or friend of a supervisor or lead you will be treated differently both with tasks assigned and the way your spoken to
