Close to where I live. Brand new equipment Human Resources was very nice. Lots of opportunity for overtime. Company is here to stay no need to worry about getting outsourced.

Cons

Supervisor had a major chip on his shoulder from the time I got there until I left. He accused me first of being unsafe because a fork lift driver honked his horn at me. That is forklift driving 101 to honk so pedestrians know you are there. I have over 20 years experience working among forklifts accident free. I was told shifts longer than 12 hours was common.

Poor management HR employees are a joke They encourage you to do your job and to go above and beyond then punish you for it. That offer incentive pays to reel in employees then don't pay them. They threaten your job if you don't submit to what the management want.
