Pros
Entry level forklift operations positions with no previous experience required. There is flexible mobility within USCS. USCS offers education assistance to those with good records. There is little risk of lay off, since the company utilizes a road warrior program to give operators from slow facilities the chance to travel to other busy facilities. Great health care and vision services. Plenty of optional coverages for various situations.
Cons
Rules change from facility to facility, so some facilities have tougher regulations than others and some have very idiotic rules based on what has happened to cause harm or problems in the past.
