For a small-size company, it cant get any better

Pros

I have to say that for a small sized company, the work they are doing is no less and even better than what the IT service giants are doing. I worked for a retail project which is actually a huge name in US and the dependency and trust they had on united techno was really great. The environment is friendly and homely with a good hike percentage. 30% yearly throughout the organisation is not a small hike by any measure.

Cons

Few individuals need to be more professional. Work life balance can be better.

Different latest technologies to learn and work Very friendly work culture Understanding middle management Good work-life balance Employee first organization Good appraisal

Cons

Personally I don't feel any cons, If there are any cons also, people from all levels in the organization, very open to discuss concerns and solve it as soon as possible.
