There are many: 1. Awesome work culture. 2. Supportive Seniors - Not just the immediate ones but everyone. If you need help, just ask. 3) Salary hike is good.

Cons

1) No extra work benefits. 2) Work life is not balanced need to work on holidays depending upon project. 3) Comp off policies are worst. Mean no use of this policy. Need to improve in this. 4) Mid level management is not good.
