Cons

Rotation selection can be political and some jobs are better than others.

Pros

New policy of 15 days of paid time off. Employee scholar program. Job mobility within the company to gain valuable experience.

Cons

Still trying to appeal to millennials. A lot if potential, but still your stereotypical office job. However your job options within the company are endless and it is very common to change roles every few years within the enterprise to advance your own worth.

Pros

Develop and grow career with experience in a lot of different areas. I was in the finance rotation program which gave me the opportunity to travel and experience different departments within finance and travel internationally.

Cons

Didn't always get the rotation or job that you wanted and some corporate politics. Communication with upper management wasn't always clear.
