      Good Cafeteria, working environment, lots of smart people.

      Cons

      My manager is narrow minded, she knows how to please her supervisors, but she does not care about my professional development at all. Treat people like an ATM.

      Pros

      fast pace, good benefits, great incentives, hard work is recognized - really interesting science, work is meaningful i.e. there is a clear link to improving the lives of others - really great amenities (on site gym, child care, fun activities for employees) & other services.

      Cons

      can be an imbalance in workload between functions - some seem less strained than others/expectations seem imbalanced sometimes; headcount tight

      Tight head counts. Very limited advancements. Seems to prefer hiring in instead of hiring from within.
