Best work/life balance I have ever seen, lots of trust

1. Top-down leadership norms can be shortsighted and UWCM routinely fails to predict market risks in a changing environment 2. UWCM is fiercely apolitical to appease donors, which limits impact, community trust, and attractiveness to progressive donors 3. Below market compensation 4. Extremely unclear growth potential - senior leadership tends to stick around and career ladders are not developed or clearly shared with staff
