Pros

- enjoy my immediate team - enjoy what i actually do on a day to day basis, designing social media ads, business cards, art direction, print documents, and event materials - work-life balance is awesome, rarely expected to stay late and always encouraged to take time off - time off for appointments

Cons

- greater marketing/comms team could ironically use better communication skills and greater alignment - not great remote support anymore - no loyalty to long-term employees - no closing of the wage gap between new and tenured employees - lots of kool-aid drinkers - sometimes we're literally doing way too much and no one honestly cares as much as we think they do
