      If you are talented and willing to learn, sociable, but also able to work independently, you will do very well here. Great team work, management works hard to communicate and be transparent- (No company is perfect)

      Cons

      It is a non profit so the work is great, the pay is sufficient. Work/life balance is mostly up to you.

      Get to work with a lot of cool community members, form relationships with them, network, raise money to help those in need

      Cons

      Bosses were crooked, only cared about themselves, obsessed with drama, weren't nice unless you were part of their clique
