Pros

Homelessness prevention is the org's flagship program, and United Way does excellent work in this area. Community school programs, education initiatives, and smaller neighborhood/community empowerment projects have been expanding. Grantmaking has been in overdrive (due to COVID). Keep up the excellent work.

Cons

Nothing to report here. Main challenge is navigating COVID.

Pros

Important work for the community, great people and it took a while but really great culture established. Really important diversity at all levels and I like that it's women-led

Cons

UW funding model is changing everywhere and need more resources to hire more people. The work is really important and there are not enough people to get it done
