Pros

ok but flexible hours available

Cons

management is always making their employees feel like they are unwanted. The front doors are always rotating with new people because no one can stand working somewhere they feel like they are a failure and are reminded of it constantly. NO competitive pay

Pros

The job is mentally and emotionally rewarding

Cons

Pay is terrible for the amount of skills they want you to have. Directors are paid well, but its basically a popularity contest to get that position. No benefits either.

Pros

focused on the building blocks of a strong community -health, education, income. People there are vested in the mission, making a positive community impact

Cons

so many priorities means nothings a priority, lot of turnover creates stress/uncertainty. lack of accountability and too much group think
