Pros

Good vacation time/benefits, although the compensation is very poor for lower level employees.

Cons

Very hostile work environment, and a lot of petty, dramatic behavior. People who have been there for a long time have absolutely no accountability. Going to HR with a problem may actually leave it completely unaddressed. Ultimately, it seemed to be about the bottom line, and I did not feel valued as an employee.
