Pros

Can't really think of anything positive to say about this place other than their stated mission is admirable. How well they carry out their mission is another topic entirely. My experience was in Phoenix, AZ, so it may not be applicable to all locations.

Cons

Lots of interdepartmental infighting over handling of grants and funds. No real cooperation among team members. They're accounting is also a complete mess. I will never donate another dime to this organization.
