Perverse Sexism

Pros

None. Run from this organization.

Cons

There is extreme sexism in this workplace. Upper management is rude, unavailable, and uninterested. Pay is poor and raises don't exist, but you are still expected to donate. Recent C level changes have turned the company into a girls club for executives. It's obscene for a nonprofit to act in this way.
