Great Mission and Values, good work/life balance, good pay and benefits, as much training as you want or need. Very professional work atmosphere.

Cons

Sometimes you have to overcome bad press from years ago.

-Since it's a non-profit, it is lower paying and may not have the best employee benefits

Family oriented and friendly workplace, the chance to help people in need, the chance to volunteer, great place for a start up career.

Cons

Not able to move up the ladder, Salaries are low because its a non profit organization, Upper management needs to follow thru on their promises.
