Pros

Best thing about this organization is the people. There were lots of good people within the organization and it overall has a nice caring culture.

Cons

Work life balance can be an issue. Management tells you WLB is important but there's just too much work to get done without doing overtime on a regular basis. Like many other workplaces I'm sure, this organization is also not fair across the board. I have seen unfair treatment, favourtism coming from the top.
