Pros

Positive, supportive team who are passionate about the work they are doing for the community. An excellent training program within the first week. Autonomy. Many opportunities to practice presenting to groups of 2-100 people.

Cons

Some early mornings or late afternoons / evenings, as campaign events may start earlier or later in the day depending on the workplace.

Pros

The work is interesting, the people are on the most part engaged, and there is a feeling that it is impactful. The organization works hard to make sure that staff are connected to the work that they do, and see the benefit/buy in to the organization.

Cons

For a charity, it is a big organization, and it can get bogged down in its size. Change can be difficult, and as a result can be felt by the whole organization.

Cons

Working for a non-profit, not the greatest salary
