Pros

Good benefits although they are becoming less and less available,

Cons

The administration befriends who they would like and that is the only way to move up within the company. When you first begin working they advertise the possibility of moving up or changing positions but that rarely becomes available and if it does they already have chosen a friend to take on the new duties. company doesn't seem to care about the well being of certain departments and the company is very segregated.
