1. Efforts are acknowledged 2. Good work life balance 3. Salary and reimbursement on time

Cons

1. Organization is evolving 2. Centralized command for daily operations. Designation are meaningless, all decisions are taken by CEO 3. Efforts are acknowledged but not converts to monetary hike 4. Best place for women to avail all benefits, monetary hike, etc.

Pros

Very small office so you worked side by side all staff to accomplish goals. Input valued and implemented. Excellent Executive Director who cared about staff well being both at work and outside.
