      Pros

      For a small non-profit, this organization understands the importance of service to the community AND to their employees. While salary and benefits aren't the richest, they make up for it by valuing their employees and providing understanding and flexibility that allows one to actually feel appreciated.

      It's a non-profit so they can't give as much as the private sector can in terms of salary and benefits.
